At Prime Scents, we work to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • holidays

  • promotions

  • product launches

  • periods of high order volume

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • package size and weight

  • selected shipping method

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website when available.


Delays

Prime Scents is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • carriers

  • weather

  • customs clearance

  • incorrect address information

  • holidays

  • unforeseen shipping disruptions

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Prime Scents is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at info.primescents@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Prime Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • checking around your delivery location

  • asking household members or neighbors

  • contacting the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info.primescents@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the package

  • photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work to make it right.


International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Prime Scents is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the label is created.
