Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, absolutely. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no minimums. Cancel or pause your membership at any time directly from your account. We believe you should stay because you love it — not because you're locked in.
When does my first order ship?
Within 2 business days of completing your Scent Profile. We'll email you after purchase to confirm your first oil selection. Most South Florida orders arrive within 1–2 days of shipping.
Do the oils work with any diffuser?
Yes — PrimeScents fragrance oils are compatible with all cold-air diffusers, ultrasonic diffusers, and HVAC-integrated systems. They work with every PrimeScents machine and most other brands.
What is the Scent Profile and how does curation work?
Your Scent Profile is a short quiz we send after signup covering your home size, preferred moods (energizing, calming, romantic, fresh, etc.), and any scents you already love or dislike. We use this to hand-select your monthly oils and improve the curation every month based on your feedback.
I'm in South Florida — can I get professional installation?
Yes! This is our biggest advantage. Our sister company Prime Air HVAC handles professional diffuser installation throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach County. Business Pro and Luxe members receive priority scheduling. Contact us at info.primescents@gmail.com after subscribing to schedule.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrade to get more oils and better discounts starting from your next billing cycle. Downgrade or pause if you need a break — we'll be here when you're ready.
